In close cooperation with our hosting providers, we make every effort to protect the databases as much as possible against third-party access, loss, abuse or falsification.

Specificity of cookies
Some parts of the site place a “cookie” on your computer. A cookie does not allow us to identify you. Data protection declaration for the use of Google Analytics

Duration of data retention
ONO Estetika® has defined a period of retention of personal data for each processing in a register of its processing. The storage period does not exceed that necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed.
The length of time your data is kept is specified with the category of data and the purposes for each of the treatments that ONO Estetika® carries out.
Recipients of your data
ONO Estetika® has a strict management of access to your data. Therefore, only those employees whose duties involve the use of your data are authorised to consult the personal data you have entrusted to us.
In the event that ONO Estetika® has contracted a subcontractor to process personal data on its behalf, ONO Estetika® shall ensure that the subcontractor presents sufficient guarantees regarding the implementation of appropriate technical and organisational security measures so that the processing meets the requirements of the GDPR and guarantees the protection of your rights.
In accordance with the current data protection law and the European regulations concerning the protection of personal data, you have the following rights: right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure, right to portability, right to object on legitimate grounds, right to restrict processing, right to withdraw consent where appropriate, right to define directives relating to the fate of your personal data in the event of death. These requests can be made by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to ONO Estetika®, Avenue Bois-de-la-Chapelle 15, 1213 Onex, accompanied by a copy of an identity document.
ONO Estetika® undertakes to respond to the request within a maximum of one month after receipt. If your right cannot be exercised, ONO Estetika® will inform you of the reasons within one month.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without reference to its conflict of laws provisions.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to Swiss jurisdiction.
ONO Estetika® has implemented security measures to best protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, distribution or unauthorised access to your data.
